My vday ended with me crying myself to sleep. Well it hadnt been a fantastic vday celebration for me. :( Was doing my LP and studying almost the whole day but at least i got myself a handphone pouch for my new hp- samsung i780. Old model and the camera really sucks like put put.. tsk tsk seriously.. but so far alright. still getting used to it.. the fotos above are taken using the phone and obviously the outcome of it is so CMI. waha.

Been rather busy with work and study but i am enjoying the busyness. Surprisingly.. Able to taste studying and working life at the same time.. heh but maybe this is the tip of the iceberg only so didnt feel anything waha.. but everything is in GOD's hands.. Hope everyone else had a great Feb 14th.

Genting trip this time round wasnt too bad. i enjoyed myself, the company, the food, the place.. heh except for that small hiccup at the check-in counter, everything else was perfect. heh Hope everyone enjoyed themselves as much as i did :)

Choco cake baking

I baked a choco cake a few days back using a recipe i saw on the newspaper and it turned out SLURRPing good.. haha very heaty though.. wanted to share my love with some of my friends but they didnt had time to come pick up the cakes.. sniff sniff* but nvm la i shall be doing more baking now since i have more time on my hands.. heh

1. Melt the dark choco bar with butter over a water bath.

2. Add in all the other ingredients and bake it in the oven that evofus gave to me for 35 mins. The egg whites in the cake made me had muscle ache man.. i had to beat the egg whites till it formed a peak.. and it's a challenge haha :X

3. Due to the size of the baking tray, my choco cake was mistaken for choco brownies.. muha :X but maybe it's the way i had cut it.. but still, it's delicious.. slurrrrpppppp

4. All ready to be eaten.. heh :P

Afterwards, it was muffin baking time.. this one i bought the premixed packet branded betty crocker, i didnt dare to try eating it but caleb said it didnt taste that good.. wells, nvm i shall find my own secret recipe.. muha
